I don't want anybody to destroy my comp ... change only several thing that I know that you do it ... I only want to know how hard is hack my comp ... this is simply test ....

Some people do have static ips Rock. Dial ups have a new ip every time. However a lot of fast connections do have a static ip.

You can open MS-DOS prompt and type inorCode:ping localhost
You can also typeCode:ping 127.0.0.1
to see how many established connections You got at the moment.Code:netstat -n

what if this guy is some federal place and when you hack it you are sentanced to death for some sort of treason? (hey, it would get the p2p population down perhaps)
