I just read up on this (bungie.net) and it says 4 new maps are comming out April 28th.
Aparently the Bonus pack is free, but theres 2 other maps you have to play for (5.95) or you cant download them till june.
What kind of bullshit is this? Am i reading this wrong? We have waited months for bonus material and we have to pay for it?
no you read it right, in actualality, you will pay for the maps. i read that they were gonna charge 14.95 for the second released maps. or you could buy the whole thing for 20 bucks. option 3 is of course wait until june and get em for free. option 4 is steal it off your friends xbox if you can :P
Thats total bullshit, why am i paying for new maps? I already bought the game and they said there would be content download. Thats just fucking great, another rip-off.
Just wait like 2 months and all the maps will be free. :)

its the principal of the thing, you dont charge for map downloads, its not ethical.

so waht does it do? cause lag so people can't target you?
primary stand-by is when your the host of the game, and you hit it and everyone in the server gets lag and cant move but you.
Secondary Stand-by (that doesnt work anymore) is where your not the host and you push it and your body stays still to everyone else, but on your screen your moving so u can go get the flag with out anyone even seeing you.

the new maps look great i will say. alot of the bungie community isnt happy about paying for the new content, but you have to "pay to play" anyway with xbox. besides it's microsoft, did you really think you'd get something for nothing?

yeah, i bought the killtacular pack today just to find out you cant even play it in matchmaking yet. maps are nice tho, turf is gonna be insanity if it makes it to btb tho i doubt it will.
next monday there making playlists for the new maps, also resetting the ranks next mon

No i will not pay because:
A) i refuse to pay for something that should be free
B) its not my credit card and i do not feel like asking my parents to waste 6$ on something that should be free.

2 of them are pretty cool. 1 is a remake of a halo 1 map. The other im not sure about, seemed confusing but i wasnt really playing.
