UK prices are about £23 ($40) for a pack of 10 of the cheapest available. Well known brands (Verbatim, TDK, Infiniti) are about double that price.
No idea how much they will be in Singhapore.
Why do you want to buy them is Singapore? Do you know if they are cheaper than where you live?

I pay about $6.00 a piece online from supermediastore or meritline. Both companies offer international shipping but I since I'm local....
Locally, here in the US, you can expect to pay from $8-12 each for a Dual Layer DVD-/+R/W.
i think i should stick to single layer 4 now :P
cuz here in india for 10$(converted frm rupees)i get a pack of single layer dvd+r-r :)
