Just goes to show that AOL knows that CD's cost nothing to produce and send out. Just another reason why prices should be lowered for music, games etc...

I don't receive any although there was a time when it did happen, prob once a month. Now they inundate our UK PC magazines with one stuck on the front or inside with XXX-Strong glue that rips it to shreds when you want to take it off :(

Same here in Aussie land with the CDs on the covers of PC mags.
Has slowed now thankfully... might find one inside the odd mag nowadays, but nothing as bad as they used to be.

Wasn't there a kid who was suffering some potentially fatal illness who was collecting AOL CDs a while back?
She was getting money for them or something?

Oh yeah those CD's. I use to play frisbee with them. It was fun until someone got hurt. It wasn't me by the way.

Used to get them every few months, not lately tho. There's still bins of them at canadian tire store for people to take...i should take the whole bin and Fedex it to those cd guys :lol:

that was in elementary school :lol:

then, my other sister got 4 too (in the last couple of months of school.)
