Find a web host, get dreamweaver or another WYSIWYG editor, and get creting the site.
After a while, if u view the source code as u create stuff, you will get good at html.
Then you can start on php.
I started learning html/php about a year ago and now i'm admin on this forum :01:.

Well I was thinking about getting vbulletin. I'm a n00b for this kind of thing. Would I have to buy a server to run at home?
