I dont see why they would care. The ppl take ur ticket and have never asked for ID...as far as the form, fill it out and put a fake age.
The only thing they check for at the theatre is cameras or other pirating tools. When I went to see Hitchhiker guide there was lots of teens there.

When ever I go to a free showing I arrive 45-30 min prior to showtime...there is always a long line...they overbook on purpose to insure a fullhouse.
