What did you have for dinner?
I just had tomato & mozarella chicken kievs, mixed leaf salad, some new potatoes with butter, a touch of coleslaw and a little potoato salad.
I am even treating you to a photo of my veritable feast too :P

And by dinner I mean your main evening meal

Re: What did you have for dinner?

Re: What did you have for dinner?
I had Chicken, prepared by cooking a Chicken. Then removing bits from the carcass. The breastal area for me.
I accompanied that with some Warburton's wholemeal bread, with the (olive oil) spread which used to be called Olivio.
-
Re: What did you have for dinner?
Rice, bacon and onion omelette, lettuce with salad cream, and left over roast pork.

I bought a tub of Clover from the local Costcutter on Monday which cost £2.50, I saw the same size tub in Sainsbury's today for £1.29  :fist:

Re: What did you have for dinner?
I have never tried bacon and onion as an omelette filling.
I think I would be forced to add some cheese to that.
Just for form.
Did you fry the onions first, or just cut / dice them.
-
Re: What did you have for dinner?
It does sound quite nice but I too would have to add cheese.
I think I just got what you meant about the nitrogen JP, none of it was frozen, t'was all fresh

Sorry, I can't be arsed walking to the refrigeriser.
A fact for which I am eternally grateful.
The last thing I would want whilst walking toward the refrigeriser would be to get arsed.

Re: What did you have for dinner?
It would be very off putting for future fridge ventures :johnwayne:

When you buy pre-packaged food e.g. a bag of salad, crisps or whatever, the bag is (generally) filled with Nitrogen.
People often think it is filled with air, but that would just be mental.
Or are you rodding me :crying:
-
Re: What did you have for dinner?
(concerning the omelette) my mum made it, i'm too lazy to make my own food. the onions were just diced and chucked in
the omelette was overall very salty, but i expect that from my mum.
it was a filling meal, better than my patented student diet of crap from a can
2 out of 5 GEPs

I'm sure she will react positively.

Re: What did you have for dinner?

The salad was prepacked and so were the kievs. And the coleslaw and potato salad were ready made.
I feel ashamed and dirty now :(

Chicken fajitas with chopped onions, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and creme fresh. Then strawberries with meringue, covered in single cream.
And I now have my nose in a tub of Haagen Dazs.

It's okay, I don't eat posh stuff either but I'll try to make it sound good so Dan doesn't ridicule me too
I'd already had three packets of thinly sliced sauted potatos in the day so I had just the two slices of granary bread topped with a smattering of marmite and melted cheese :snooty:
