Do you take regular breaks?
Whenever I feel like it.
In fact, I'm going to fix myself a cuppa.
Depends how boring the interweb is.
Wrt work type work, I do it til I finish - never really thought of taking prescribed breaks.
There`s no need to have a break at all.

I skin up every half hour or so :unsure:
I take breaks normally every hour. It's funny though, when I had dial-up all my Internet activity was at night, now that I have broadband, I'm most active during the day.
Sometimes I've taken breaks from it that lasted for weeks, sometimes I've sat in front of it for sixteen hours straight.
These days I can't be bothered to stay in front of it for too long.
Are we talking about folks that are on the computer at work? :unsure:

Whenever I feel like it, which is bad. I'm causing self-destruction to my eyes.
I took a break for a couple of months once, that when I used it again, FST Forum was no longer the Forum in Kazaa. :cry: :ohmy:
