Feel free to look it up yourself on this thing. Keep in mind that the names go away if you're not within a certain view angle of the ground. (Thing that looks like the zoom meter on the right of the rotation controls.)

is there some kind of real-time satellite thingy? like real time so if i walk outside, i can wave at the sky and my mom can see me on the computer? i guess it could be a national security risk. we can spy on people :shifty:

No.

All the images were taken some time in the past few years so they're not updated regularly. And certainly not that regularly.

That plus the fact that you'd have to have satellites monitoring every point of the Earth at all times.

I think the pictures are more recent than a few years, but Rick's right, they can't be updated that regularly just because its not possible with the number of satellites in orbit.
