I have seen fires started, but there won't be this year. It has rained almost everyday this month. Anyway, fireworks are illegal here too, but it didn't seem to stop about 15 neighbors throughout the neighborhood to shoot them off anyway ( the proffessional mortar type too ) :w00t:
