Yep, I second the motion...
PC Pitstop...will throughly diagnose your system, give you
a report on what it found with suggested solutions to any problem(s) found.
They also have an excellent Forum where you can get technical help and
assistance.
I've been using Pitstop for a couple of years and have come to rely on it's
diagnostics. It carries NO malware, spyware, trojans, etc. so you can use
it with complete confidence.
(of course it will drop a cookie or two in order to maintain your "Test History"
for comparison to future scans.)
