A good DL manager for UBUNTU?

Ok i got the OVH seedbox and i need now a good download manager so I can dl a lot of links from Rapidshare.. I got a premium account there too,
What I need is a download manager (eg. FlashGet) so I can dl from rapidshare..
any suggestion?
maybe some help in installing it since im not that good in linux..
