Searching for certain flash movie

Maybe some of you remember this one.
It was posted here on the board a while back (about a year + ,i think)

Funny flash that learned noobs how to use and post on forums.
I remember a scene where the voice would get real dark and say something like "Remember,always use the search button first before starting a new thread!"

That's about all I can remember about it,but it sure was funny as hell.

Anybody know what I'm talking about and where I could find it?
