Wondering, if you burn a disc on pc, say a ps2 disc. isnt the data exactly the same? So why dont they play on the consoles unless they are chiped?

i think theres a special bit in the middle of the disk that cd writers dont write

When they burn their games, they have a skip in data on the game. Dont think anyone knows where the data skip is but the ps2 picks up on it.
The data is not unique?
