WOW! i thought everyone was saying the x800 was so much better than the 6800.

B) YES my computer will run it! haha
I've seen some benchmarks and its like.. Nvidia cards can't run good on old graphics engines and FPS ends up being like 8-10 or something.. maybe its just me or something.. anyone know why?

Before making any kind of choice that involves a lot of money and graphics cards, wait till about a month after Doom 3 (when both manufacturers have their drivers perfect) and till Half Life 2.
I would absolutely love to see nVidia owning Doom 3 benchs, and ATI owning Half Life 2 benches.
It would be Half Life 2 and Doom 3 head to head :D
nvidia better produce some good results or this could the biggest blow to thier company since ATI......

Everybody is basing which card they buy on 2 games..I think thats kinda dumb.
