Trying To Find A Film

Hi,

Im trying to find a film that was on sky-movies2 the other night, I dunno what it was called.

It was set in the usa, antidrug dept of the police, semi-famous black cop with a rookie white guy just started with him.

Turns out that the black cop is bent and gets the white cop to do a load of PCP (?) on his first day then they visit some bad guy and dig up his floor and steal all his cash with a couple of other bent cops. Then they start shooting eachother and thats about all I can remember.

Anybody got any ideas or a hash???
