It's a web server thingy.
If it is not in add/remove programs (it should be), then remove it in services.msc (right click 'apache web server'>click properties>click stop>startup type set to disabled).

I can't find anything about spbbcvc.exe. post the hijackthis log or go to hijackthis.de and paste it then click analyse.
for the system tray icons:
the speaker one:go to control panel>sounds and audio devices>uncheck "place volume icon in the taskbar">apply
for network icon:
go to control panel>network connection>right click the network connection with an X over it and click on disable.
for any other system tray icons you would like to hide just right click on the task bar>go to properties>click customize>and on whatever entry you want to hide click it then set the behavior to "always hide"
