What Happened To Balamedia Records?

Ever since BalaMedia Records released their first album, i've been hooked. They even came out with a movie. I haven't heard of any news about them recently. Anyone?

by the way, i think they just signed a deal with RIAA for allowing their files to be shared on KL++ only.
