has anyone Downloaded the new nero 5.5.10.5a over my 5.5.9.14 i did will it expire or is it okay? :(

It will probably expire. Download a k*ygen.

I don't think it will expire, I think it's considered an upgrade. If you already entered a reg key, it should remember it.

incase it does expire all you have to do is go to a site like www.deluxserials.com and get the enterprise edition serial but u can always go into the help -> about and it should say whether you are registered or not
