Make sure you are opening the batch as an NZB and not a BNS.

Thread title also changed. "Help Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees" doesn't tell us anything and isn't very inviting.
Are you sure the file is empty? Try downloading a .nzb file and open it with wordpad or notepad first before loading into Grabit. If its blank then theres something wrong with the way your downloading it. If its full of info try loading it into Grabit and connect, if you get nothing then theres somthing up with Grabit.
