Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
Owen breaks his freakin' foot and now Parker is out for over a month. Plus, Graham Souness appears to still be our manager.
Sometimes it's hard to be a Toon fan. I'm fully expecting to wake up one morning and find out that the whole team has fallen down a well...
Re: Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
All half-decent footballers should have metal pins inserted into all the weak points in their legs and feet at age 18.
All half-decent goalies should have the same inserted into their fingers and jawbones.
To stop elbowing when going up for headers, all footballers should be forced to play games in straitjackets. This would also dramatically reduce the number of "ball to hand" incidents.
Re: Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
The only posative i can see out of this is that Souness goes quicker, however to fire Souness the chairman would have to pay out £2M as it states in Souness's contract which explains why he is putting so much extra faith in him than Sir Bob.
Re: Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
Owen's injury was all over the news, they even showed it here on the news station.
Re: Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
I reckon it's gonna mean that Souness is going get to stay on longer.
He'll be able to play the 'But we've got a brazillian injuries so don't sack me' card.
It's only when almost everyone's fit yet they're still shite that he'll get the sack :dabs:
Re: Which of you gypsies has cursed my team?
Yeah but he's a dirty hun fouling hacking git.
So you want him out of your game.
Then I don't need to want to see the Geordies lose all the time.
