Help Please: Newshosting Problem
Hello everybody,
I need some serious help. I joined Newshosting.com 1 month unlimited account 2 days ago, downloaded for nearly 24 hours without any problems. But then suddenly I started to get "Unable to connect" Error 10060 (Connection timed out)...
I contacted technical support of newshosting, they tried to help. Pinging unlimited.newshosting.com didn't work so is the IP number of it. Tried tracert, they said connection seems to be dying in Chicago named "Server Central Network" ..
And they're not answering my emails anymore, I also sent a mail to billing department to cancel and get my money back but they're not answering that mail too!
Please help, what should I do? I haven't even used my account for 1 day!:ermm:
Thanks
Re: Help Please: Newshosting Problem
Try changing your ports.
Standard routing ports port(s): 119, 23, 25, 80, 3128
port(s): 7000 routing: ServerCentral (path1)
port(s): 8000 routing: Cogent (path1)
port(s): 9000 routing: BtN (path1)

I tried that before, none of them are working, seems there is no solution:(

Re: Help Please: Newshosting Problem
Sounds like you internet company may be blocking the connection.
What service do you have and have you asked them yet...
