How Do U Make A Forum?

i was wondering how u make a forum? i know nothing compares to this forum but id like to make a small one of my own?

All sorts of free forum hosters out there, search google for free hoster's. As for all of the technical crap, I would think you would get a certain amount of bandwidth for free, but may also have to have your own server, not sure.

ive searched on google and nothing just stuff about existing forums i wud prefer one allready built??? and like choose stuff in it?
