is there a program to merge like three avi clips together to make on file tmpengc wont do it
ok ive got an avi joiner but it ses the file types are different there all av but it wont join them can anyone help please
you have to make all the clips same britrate and all that, most joiners dont do that unless they are equal, use tmpeg to make them all the same "properties"
As long as the files have the same size (resolution, not filesize), bitrate, etc, VirtualDub can do the job.
KrackHead2k,
I get this error message when trying to append to avi's using divx 5.0.5 video compression,
"Cannot start video compression: The source image format is not acceptable. (error code -2)"
Or do I want to make the joining without compression?
Anyway, that error has come up in the past while trying to edit down an avi and then save it, also using divx 5.0.5 video compression, so if you know what's going on w/ that or have any advice at all, please let me know.
Thanks.
EOVideo should do the job. If not, you might have to convert them all to mpeg with TMPGenc, then join them, then convert it back to .avi.
I have TMPGenc, but haven't yet figured out how to convert avi to mpeg...do you mind explaining?
This should help...Quote:
