I am in desperate need to learn how to design nice looking websites. I know html, but II need to know how to develop graphics, which colours to use and layouts.
Are there any good tutorials available. I have tried to sreach for them but cannot seem to find them.

Also, something I sometimes do is go to google and just type in "color wheel", and find a page with pictures of color wheels. If you don't know how a color wheel works, colors that are oppiosite each other will look good on top of each other.
