That sounds like an FTP server, have you tried typing that in to the search machine sampson?
possibly virtual networking ?
typing friends ip into search? That wont work
if you mean through klite its the ip of the supernode he is connected to so you can connect to that supernode otherwise its ftp
how do i get the IP of the supernode he's using though?
ask him    no in tools you have kazupernodes open that and see which node you are connected to and he can do the same and then one of you will connect to the same node the other one is here is a manual for the kazupernodes
I have a solution you might want to consider. The experience will do you good anyway.

First of all, your friend needs to find his/her IP address. Do this via a service found here. Then via your web browser, type in their IP address, followed by a colon (:) and then the port number (s)he is connected to KaZaA via. Find this in Tools -> Options -> Firewall. So here's an example: http://255.255.255.255:1196.
Now choose a file you wish to download from your friend's download selection, click it (make sure yours and your friend's KaZaA is running!) and check your Downloads window and it'll be like normally downloading fromn KaZaA.
Good luck. ;)
doesnt work, doeant work, aaaaand, doesnt work. Any other suggestions?
