ouch, best bet might be to back everything up, reformat, and reinstall...
-
NOOO
DONT DO THAT
RIGHT CLICK MY COMPUTER AND CLICK ON PROPERTIES
THEN GO TO START UP AND RECOVERY AND UNCHECK AUTO REBOOT
ITS THAT SIMPLE THAT SHOULD FIX IT
-
 Ahh woopz.. that's right, forgot that XP did that, ya, listen to Los
-
thanks...i'm so ashamed that i didn't think of that.......
-
yeah lost of people dont know about that option/feature....right when you buy your PC you should DISABLE IT!!!
-
You need at least 264 mb of ram to run XP.

Ragzinc... post what the error code is. I'm just curious because i recently had a similar problem, along with a couple of my friends and my parents. I think it might be klez related but have done a search for klez files using symantecs klez removal program. I think that there's a new strain of the virus out right now.

what is auto reboot supposed to do exactly?
what purpose does it serve?
mine is turned on and this never happenned.
it's only supposed to do it on a system crash so if it's rebooting then something is still wrong <_<

it protects your harddrive from becoming totally f**ked up.
