does a normal hdbits.org account is banned from using an israeli ip?
invites are closed on Hdbits

yep, i'm quite sure it's banned.
then you probably won't get it. you see the only way to allow an account using an ip that is banned is by talking with the staff, which they aren't so willing to do so.
try bithdtv instead it's really nice. if you need an invite for it send a message.
If u really really love that tracker then go talk to a representative or go to their IRC... ask if they can do something about it. Theres always a chance theyll make an exception U would be surprised at how many helpful ppl u see around ;)
