The smartest thing to do, if your willing to take the time, is to buy a 2500XP and overclock it to a 3200XP. That is what I have and it is very easy and will save you alot of money. If you dont want to look into that then you can find it HEREQuote:

OEM means that it doesnt come with a 3 year warranty or a heatsink and fan.
The 2500XP comes with a heatsink, fan, and a 3 year warranty all for $90.

Don't buy the OEM. Get the retail box that includes the cooler and warranty.
