For those who can't work out what he's talking about, DRM (Digital Rights Management) is the Microsoft system for protecting media files. A DRM-protected file can only be played on the computer it belongs to - if you try to access it on another computer it just comes up with an error.
If you buy or rip media files using Windows Media Player, it automatically protects them using DRM (unless you turn that option off in the 'options' window.)
DRM-protected files can also only be played on a DRM-compatible media player like WMP.
Presumably jw1 wants a program which removes the protection from these files.
I've never heard of anything to do this job - anyone else heard anything?
