go to microsofts update page http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
Dont you have a link to windows update in "All Programs" menu.
Start/programs/ up at the very top I think.

Like will XP phone home? All the time. Just ignore it, microsoft does.
If you downloaded xp of kazza, can you get free updates? isnt it a little risky?
