they came in a bag with no instructions at all Jp, I've never got frozen chicken before
You should defently defrost them, gives aids if not.
Chicken is a pain in the ass, you fry them and they look fried, but need alot more time
Heat pan super hot add oil
sizzle both sides
then low tow temp for atleast 15/20 minutes, with top
add spices etc

then try water with prawns
then you will understand
frozen food is good as chips, if despersat.
