Are there any good stand up comedy bt sites?

The only ones I can find have too few seeds on the torrents

try TB, they have a few :)

DAP Central has about 5 dozen "stand up" videos, but they use ed2k to distribute, and some files might only be spread well on their private server (anyone can join if you follow the rules)

Just PM the uploader (or snatchers) and/or post a re-seed req in the proper forum. From my experience there's some nice ppl on there and most are willing to reseed, even after a long time.
