Avoid Divx 5.x Playing Divx 3.11a Content

i heard this have been posted before, but i couldn't find it in this forum, so i'm posting it.

download patched divx_c32.ax and overwrite the original one.

if u use win 95, 98 or me, it is located at:
{windows_dir}\system\

if u use win 2k or xp, it is located at:
{windows_dir}\system32\

Why should we use this and is this also for the K-lite codec pack?
