If you want to convert to .mp3 or rip audio cds use dbpoweramp.

I dont know if its just me or what, but I converted some mp3s to mp3pro. If i remember correctly i used Musicmatch jukebox, nice proggie me me likes, but the filesize is half that of normal mp3s, and so is the sound. So i think its best to stick with proper mp3s, but thats my humble opinion, and i like my quality over filesize.

Yeps, mp3 is the thing right now, unless someone can convince me otherwise and filesize doesnt sacrifice quality. Oh but I'm sure some companies are working on this, so long as its not geared towards digital rights and all that crap.

there is a tool for nero burning rom that enables mp3pro encoding.
i use this and it works B)
you have to look for this in the web (it is not freeware) or send me a private message ...

A codec for dbpoweramp is aivable in order to encode in MP3 PRO but with 64KBPS... :(
With MP3 Pro codec: any quality is lost!
