Alternatives to Swedupe?

With the fall season beginning again, I visited Swedupe to start checking on releases of TV rips. That's the site I relied on last season to let me know whether I should start scouring torrent sites for particular shows already. It seems that the site is down, however, and the alternative I used to visit, tehserver.us, is down, too. NFOrce wasn't updated as quickly as those two sites last season, so does anyone have suggestions on sites that keep up with pretimes?
