this annoys me oo much he said he dint care and that he dint need my download but eventually it cud come down to me havin the last 30kb or somethin this frustrates me it people like this that ruin it for others <_<

If u have not got peerguardian get it and then add his ip to it, then he cannot connect to u (thats if he has a static ip) B)

well as a default peer guardian only really blocks ppl like the RIAA etc so it only blocks ppl like leechers if u add them :P
