First of all, they closed signup permanently!
and about their speed. i am getting over 370kb/s most of the time.
their pre release is faster then TL and RevTT but equal to ScT.
the good thing in IPTorrents is, they have bonus points, even if no one download from me and i share back i get bonus points every hour and i can upgrade my ratio easily and start downloading new releases but in ScT, they are like pay2leech, it's impossible to keep Ratio 1.0 for low bandwidth members. So they force to donate else Bye Bye :(
