Streaming Video How Can I Record

does anyone no off any good programs out hter that will let me record streaming video???

streambox vcr should download streams for you.

I recommend the same thing. Thats all I use and it works great. And for windows media files you can use sdp or asf recorder (although streambox has a downloader that will download windows file types as well).
