What are some good ISP's that does not cap speeds and still have the news server? I have RCN cable. It's capped. They got rid of news.rcn.com. I also tried Verizon DSL by going to verizon.com, it's not in my area. I live in Pennsylvania but in the Lehigh Valley, Allentown, and Bethlehem. It's in the USA. I wanted Verizon. What are some other posibilities for ISP's?
