Using a seedbox with two IP

Hello,

I'm going to buy a dedicated server and i would like to use it as a seedbox with another person at the same time. (we will have two IP)

I looking for any solution allowing us to download from a same private tracker using two different IP each associated to a different account.
- run two clients and associates them to an IP
- create 2 users on the dedicated server and associates them to the ip.

I'm open to any solution. At the moment, i think the OS will be fedora 6, but i'm open to any solution.
