Gta3 Savegamefix Help Plz

i cant find a working savegamefix so i can save my game is there a real one?

i downloaded one from kazaa that worked just fine. the file name was "GTA3 Save Game Fix.exe" it is a self extracting zip file and the size is 1,112KB.
