I started VC and finished all the missions on the 1st island. Now Avery diez and cortez are back, and the islands are unocked. I went to the airport but there are no sea planes or helicopters? Why? Where is the hyman condo? What island? And where are the places I can buy? Will there be any I need to buy?
Theres a heli on top of your mansion, also one in the filming studios, hyman condo is close to the hyman stadium

the boat plane is in the film studio and the police helicopter is on top of this building, (cant remember where it is) as there is also a helicopter on top of you mansion, i dont think there are any flyable planes at the airport.
Where is my mansion, I am still doin missions for diaz avery and cortez, should I just do the missions? Continue the game or search to buy things?
