I don't know of any program that can do what you are asking. You could use explorer to sort your mp3's by album or artist, then move them into seperate folders and use tag and rename to name the folders by artist, album or both. I don't think there is an easy way really, it's best just to organize things as you download them.

i used to see all kinds of mp3 organization apps,
but dont know if any of em sort em the way you want
i never really checked into em that much
(cause i organize my shit as its dled) :P
It's for a friend of mine. He has several 1000's of 'em :) And i think i have found a solution.
