bearshare pro problem

hi guys,i'm new here...am facing problems with my bearshare pro version 5.0.2..
what i face is that when i search for anything it returns back empty search results....what can be the problem? pls help...thanks in advance

check wether the bear share is connected to the network

it is connected...already checked...it just don't display search results...can it be my norton antivirus? but i've already checked bearshare in my allowed list for norton....sooo...help guys

is bear share fast?
