I thoroughly enjoy 8-Bit Theater even if its cliche.
I've also come to laugh my arse off at San Three Kingdoms Comic if you're into that whole Sangoku thing.

I actively follow and thoroughly enjoy xkcd and Dinosaur Comics.
Broken Saints
although the DVD version is more worth the watch at this point in time. They combine the animated still frames and word bubbles with actual voices , sound efx and a score ... A hauntingly beautiful series ...
BROKEN SAINTS ftw!
XKCD has some great comics now and then.

One of my favorites :)
This is cliche but xkcd is maybe my favorite, competing hard with Questionable Content though (it's cool webcomic about indierock fans, got to start from 1 though).
used to read Dilbert and Penny Arcade online but prefer d/l'ing now
I can`t remember my favorite webcomic`s name... it was way too short anyways, but I love Dominic Deegan and Megatokyo.
300 and V for Vendetta are are good comics to read.
