Which ATI graphic card should i get?
Right now, The ATI All In Wonder 9800 Pro 128MB and ATI Radeon X1300Pro 256MB are on sale for $129.99. The are both AGP and I'm having trouble deciding which one to get. Any suggestions? If you have one of these cards, can you please say if it's any good?
Thanks.

Re: Which ATI graphic card should i get?
To be honest I have a ATI 9700 pro and paid a lot more than $129.00 when I got it . I'd search the net and see what people say about the two . One has 256mb memory but that can be deceiving depending on how its structured .
All in all a budget card these days which is quite funny cause I'm still happy with my 9700 . Do they both have a tv card ?
I guess one could ask are you a gamer ?
But to give you an idea mabye look here for a reference :

It is the size of the tracks etched on the chip, more usually quoted in nanometers these days. So the 9800's 0.15micron = 150nm, compared to the X800's 0.11micron which is 110nm.
As a general rule, the bigger the track, the higher the temps. For the same work the 9800 will get a lot hotter than an X800, which means that the OCing potential of the X800 is higher.
Even the low end X800GTO will outperform the top of the range 9800Pro, and will probably be about the same price.
A quick search found this.

A sterling example of the "Life Is A Bitch" worldview (Canuk version, rev.2.1).
