My friend already has a PCI network card with the plug in the back. Problem is, they have a wireless network. Is there any sort of antenna that u can buy to plug in and make it work? Or do we need a seperate PCI card that comes with an antenna?

you have a couple of options, a wireless ethernet bridge, an extrenal wireless box connects into existing network card, or a new wireless pci card, or a usb wireless card,
