How do I check my last ten posts?

How the hell do I check my last ten posts? IPB had the feature, it even had a nice little assistant for me. I know VB has the Subscribed Threads feature, but that isn't as good. It shows me the threads I've posted in, and doesn't give links to the specific posts. So if I've posted in a thread thats 7 pages or so, I have to click the thread, and find my post so I can read after it. Its rather annoying, having to look through 3 to 4 pages to find MY specific post.

Is there a way to check my last ten posts, the exact posts, like with IPB?
