Re: Back from the dead...
I think people grew up, did the wife and kids thing.
Re: Back from the dead...
I joined 18 years ago but I doubt anyone remembers me. I miss this place though.
Re: Back from the dead...
Hello fst. Long time...
I am working full time in film and theater making props and scenografi.
My son is now 16, great grades, yesterday he was completely and totally stoned out of his mind.
Had a long long talk and listened a lot. Hope he finds balance.
I spent Alot of time here when I was transitioning between my former pure art world and the commercial world.
Thank you for those times. I have found the place I want to be with great people and energy.
Hope you are all ok. Will lurk a little. Thank you for the good times

Great to see you 100%. Your son sounds lovely. Good work on that. Glad you're well and sorry to hear about your transition. The former sounded like a more beautiful world. A shame you had to leave it.

That's quite possibly the perfect encomium for this place.
Sad to see things wind down, but hey.

Wow. Now I feel really old. I can remember when Bulletin boards killed Usenet. And when Usenet killed Bulletin boards (the dial up kind). Back to Usenet then?
